Quote Acceptance & Signup/Deposit  (4 weeks)

  • Preparation of paperwork job submitted
  • Job Approved by management
  • Job submitted to Drafting
  • Final drafted results and addendum signed and accepted by client
  • Job certified, indemnity insurance and processed through to shire
    ** Soil report and Survey Plan required

Building Licence Received  (4 – 12 weeks)

First inspection by registered builder


Site works  (1 Week)

  • Removal of green matter
  • Removal of existing soil and supply correct amount of clean fill to achieve compaction
  • Compaction certificate plus white ants certificate
  • Plumber pre-lay
  • Concrete slab pour
    ** 2 Weeks cure time for concrete

Granny Flat Construction  (Lockup 2-3 Weeks)

  • Granny Flat Installers
  • Plumber Pre-lay
  • Electrician Pre-lay

Second inspection by registered builder


Fitout  (1-2 Weeks)

  • Gyprock
  • Undercoat walls and ceiling
  • Tiler – screed weatherproof and lay tiles
  • Kitchen
  • Bathroom
  • Carpenter – Window and door trims plus skirtings
  • Plumber fit off
  • Electrician fit off

Third Inspection by registered builder


Extra Works

  • Flooring
  • Painting inside and out
  • Window treatments

Final inspection from registered builder
